The contact center organizes and participates in polling both natural and legal persons on the territory of former USSR countries and EU countries. Poll questionnaires, quotas and samples may be developed by experts of the research company WorkLine Research and implemented with the use of the contact center software, or they may be handed over by a customer. In the latter case remote automatic completion of web forms on remote servers is possible.
An example of successful interaction in this area is joint operation of the WorkLine Contact with GMI.
