A group of Workline Research representatives attended VOICECON conference in San-Francisco, August 21- August, 24.
The main agenda for the event was implementing Unified Communications into businesses, decreasing delays within corporate communications, as well as making external communication much easier for all parties. Workline Research representatives took part in workshops and seminars covering issues of IP Contact Centers of the nowadays as well, as tendencies for future Contact Center development.
